Choose a word, or two or three. Make them yours. Give them to yourself in 2008. Let me offer them as wishes in this new year as we greet this day.

Happy New Year!

Strength, courage, compassion, and joy. And love, the binding-stuff of the universe, what we're all here for. A beautiful list, Sky, I enjoyed each word like a jewel that opened up a whole range of thoughts and feelings as I meditated on the glimmer within the letters.

Wishing you a fruitful and loving and very blessed year...

hugs xo

I love this list, lots of great and encouraging words there. I already have my word as you know but if I chose another or two, it would be Passion and Health.

Happy New Year, Sky!

This is beautiful. I choose Love, Strength and Balance. But I don't not choose any of them!

Happy New Year, dear Sky. Thank you for your friendship. It's a pleasure knowing you.

My word is authenticity.

Joe's coming home today. He's flying on the red eye from San Fransisco and I just heard he ran into a Floyd friend on the same plane. I guess I'll be saved a trip down down the mountain to Roanoke to pick him up. Small world!

Blessings for the new year.

I also add renewal and rebirth!

I'm sorry that I've been away for so long, but I resolve that I will be around here more often.

Cheers for all the blessings to come in this new year! ♥

All wonderful words, but if given a choice, I'd always choose love. Sending lots of it to you.

Happy New Year Sky. Thanks for visiting my blog and introducing yours--I enjoyed the photos & narratives. I was interested to read your bio. Like you, I'm originally from the South but now transplanted elsewhere. My parents are East & West like you & your husband...my dad from North Carolina and my mom from East India (Goa). Looking forward to visiting again soon.
